TRU Return/Refund Policy
At TRU, we stand behind our products and want to make sure our customers are fully satisfied. Please read our below policy so we may best assist you.
- All refunds/returns/exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase
- For product return/exchange; product must be unworn and without damage.
- For product refund due to defect; please have image of damage/defect readily available.
We may require a visual inspection at our facility before granting a refund due to product defect.
- Please include your order number.
- Funds will be returned within 3-10 business days.

TRU Loyalty Program began on August 13th, 2020. Orders placed before this date are ineligible for reward points. No Cash value, non-transferable.
Any activity in regards to collecting TRU Points and returning/exchanging product in order to receive rewards may be deemed deceitful and TRUsox LLC reserves the right to charge for any rewards collected and/or adjust TRU Points totals.
